“This is a nice boat tour but we paid extra to have reserved seating on the canvas at the front. They gave us wristbands and told us a maximum of 6 on each square. But when we got there it was already full. We asked the workers on the boat and they acted like, sure you can sit there, but there was no room. There was another guide for a group and he told one of his members they would get her money back. We were disappointed not to have anyone advocate for us, and obviously disappointed we couldn't sit where we paid extra to do so ... Especially for…”
